[What's New] - The upgraded E2 comes with 2 new accessories: Espresso Cup*1, and Dual Wall Filter Basket (pressurized filter)*1. It offers great value at a low cost. The pressurized filter is 17-18g(double shot).

  • [Dual Heating System & 20-Bar High Pressure] - The Tuni semi-automatic espresso machine heats up in just 30 seconds and extracts rich crema, letting you enjoy a delicious espresso quickly. It features an original Italian 20-bar ULKA water pump and a built-in visual pressure gauge, with precise temperature control via PID + NTC to ensure full extraction of flavor and oils, resulting in a rich and aromatic espresso.
  • [58mm Commercial Grade Brew System] - The 58mm commercial-grade stainless steel filter, compared to the standard 51mm filter, creates a thinner coffee layer and achieves higher extraction efficiency with the same amount of grounds. With its plastic-free 58mm brewing head and low-pressure pre-soaking function, it delivers a more thorough extraction, resulting in an espresso with a refined taste and rich crema.
  • [Adjustable Volume & Temperature] - The instant thermal block heating system heats water in just 30 seconds, and you can customize the brew temperature and coffee volume to your liking. Additionally, the gentle pre-infusion blooms the espresso grounds for optimal extraction. This flexibility lets you enjoy your espresso exactly the way you like it, every time.
  • [Touch Control & Visible Pressure Gauge] - The Tuni espresso machine features an intuitive touch control panel that makes it easy to navigate and customize your brewing settings. The built-in visible pressure gauge allows you to monitor the extraction process in real-time, ensuring precise pressure for a perfectly balanced espresso shot. This combination of modern touch controls and a traditional pressure gauge gives you full control over your espresso, making it simple to achieve barista-quality results at home.
  • [Compact But Powerful] - The Tuni espresso maker features compact dimensions of 12.5"D x 5.7"W x 11.9"H, making it a perfect fit for any kitchen. Its sleek design blends seamlessly with your decor while saving valuable counter space. Despite its small size, the Tuni delivers powerful performance with 1750W of power, ensuring fast and smooth coffee brewing. This blend of compact design and high performance makes it an ideal choice for those seeking professional-quality espresso without compromising on space or style.

Espresso for a new hobbyist

I’ve had the machine for about a month now, and way before I bought, I had been researching down the rabbit hole of everything espresso. Months of research, and together with me being a newbie at espresso, I bought this Tuni E2.

What sold me was the strong features like dual boiler, 58mm commercial sizing, pressure gauge, temperature control, and pre infusion. Aluminium boiler with stainless steel piping, and all stainless steel group head with all stainless steel porta filter, no I am not drinking any plastic. Touch screen PID with a manual mode, auto coffee mode that is programmable, heavyweight stainless steel spouted portafilter, and a couple good baskets for single or double shot espresso, ribbed tamp, and a nice milk jog for steaming. It can get insanely easy to get lost in too much fluff about how to do espresso, but I spoke with Tuni for weeks with lots of questions and they were excellent in answering every little question I had; it must have been more than 20 questions before I even bought anything.

I have made probably more than 150 shots of espresso by now for myself and my family, and I look forward to making coffee everyday now. I make hot chocolate with the steam wand, i make espresso martinis, and lots of cappuccinos too.

Its simple enough for a beginner to deal with, but once I have it 100% figured out with different bean roast levels, specialty coffee, and steaming milk technique, I can imagine this to be an awesome machine in a few years still.

No 3-way solenoid, but an OPV that works, and I only wait about 10 seconds for the pressure to come down so I can remove the portafilter. There are so so so many brands out there, but their E2 is really strong for the price, and I’m happy to say their customer service is as well, even before I spent a dime. I will report back for longevity reasons, but I have zero regrets thus far.

I am running this with a fellow opus grinder.
